At Cycles Marinoni Inc., we take great pride in building quality bikes that allow our customers to ride road and trails with confidence and for many many years! Things can happen though, which is why all Marinoni frames and bicycles are covered by a manufacturer's warranty of varying duration depending on the type of bicycle frame. Please carefully review the warranty terms below.

Titanium frames
Campagnolo components are covered by a 3 or 4-year limited warranty. Shimano components are covered by a 2 or 3-year limited warranty. All other components that are part of a bicycle build are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
Normal wear
Corrosion / oxidation
Improper assembly
Improper maintenance
Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse ou neglect
Competition usage
This warranty is valid for the original owner only.
This warranty covers any manufacturing defect for any product manufactured by Cycles Marinoni Inc..
The product user assumes all risks of bodily injury, financial losses or any other losses due to the failure of the product.
Installation and usage of accessories that are inapropriate or not intended for use on a specific bicycle model/type could void the warranty
should a failure occur due to the usage of this accessory.
In the event of a warranty claim, the decision to replace or repair the defective part(s) will be at Cycles Marinoni Inc. sole
discretion.
No cash refund will be granted.
To take advantage of this warranty, the registration card must be filled out and returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.
